Hey! this is a project I started during lockdown in 2020. Making music has turned into a decent chunk of my life, and is one of my biggest creative outlets.
The world right now has become kind of a scary place, and music has been my main way of venting my frustrations. It's also a way taking many of my personal experiences and morphing them into sound.
My most recent work is Despite. Albums usually take me roughly a year to make, and sometimes I release smaller projects in between.
01 ---- VITRIFY
Walk through the fine sand,
Mirrors everywhere you step
Put your hand on the walls,
and they will never be the same
02 ---- DO NOT LOOK DOWN
We sit around waiting for them to fall,
but they never look down.
Unconcerned, they never stumble,
Ignorant of their own veins.
A lifetime's walk on solid ground,
while we blindly search for our next step.
But we've found a way to see.
And one day they'll be down here.
03 ---- SHUSHINGEMOJI
I'm running round
Running round
See me when I'm going down
See me in the ground
Popping lids not no ▒▒▒▒▒
See me where I'm posted at
See me in these rocks

04 ---- AND WITHOUT REFLECTION
You find our glass,
and you pick up the shards.
Your first blade.
Keep it in your pocket.
Out of sight, out of mind.
Think yourself the first?
Feel powerless and you find a tool;
An instrument of change,
reflecting the hundred year lights.
Like the rest of them,
You never see your own reflection.
05 ---- COERCE
Do you think you earned this?
Gather all the food you can find
There are no threats of death
We know you're omnipresent.
After all,
We chose this didn't we?
The choice was always ours?
The lion must eat to live
I learned that from you
Thoughts and prayers,
Nothing I can do
Eternal scarcity,
Charity when you're fed
Padlocks on the basket,
Sell yourselves until you're dead
But we're civil here
Only animals fight back
Impatiently obedient
Years of words, always trapped
To them we're shameless,
We see behind their eyes.
Lazy with every choice
Don't like it then leave, right?
A lifetime of hatred and shame
A minute of lust in thier mind
Fruitful trees, lifeline out of reach
Lace like vines, tethering your thighs
When they're gone, we'll command our woods
Flowers and ivy on the rocks
Spreading down when we want them close
Embrace them when we want
Notches in the the bark
rings in the trunk
A new surface encroaches slowly
Covering what once was
Until it becomes invisible
But forever part of the garden
06 ---- FLIGHT
Runes crushed down, filtered
So it understands us
As far as they will go
It imitates us
They sell what they destroy
Devoid of nuance and subtlety
A shallow reflection
All the communication we need
Burn our homes
A failed experiment they warn
Their fields and crops need tending to
How generous they are
Every inch of the soil
The cables snake through night
When we look up to the darkness
Glistening birds cross the sky
07 ---- CREEK UNDER CREEK
We bit the hand that fed us
Only learned when we lost the food
Remember the veins of this earth and ours,
and inseperable two
Layed brick down on the river's bed
With clay from far above
Did our best with what we knew and read
Eventually the day will come
Nature cannot purify us
we dug when it fell apart
Water and bile run seperate now,
But it seems its been ignored
Dig ever deeper holes in rock,
vampires for old blood
altruistic digs must stop
For iridescent shining mud
Take and never give it back,
Oldest tale's been told
Maybe we're sick of hearing it
Though all ears seem to know
Inverts collapsing like we dread
Every moon a century's flood
Lords decry everything we spent
The veins will clog with blood
8 ---- SINCERE
So I'll let you tell a tale
Put together the broken pieces
I'm sure I'll love it
imagination is easy
Well at least I know that now
I can fire together again
I can fall alseep and the dreams
Will wire together an end
What is missing?
Top of the valley
Cairns reminiscing
Minds close, split apart will miss it
Lost and scared from my soul
I dont know you won't doubt me
Don't want to run away
